Alexandra Kurtz

Vice President of Legal Recruiting

Born in Kansas and raised in Iowa, Alexandra carries Midwestern pride wherever she goes. After studying at the University of Iowa, she began her career in politics, where she discovered a love for connecting with people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. In 2024, she transitioned to recruiting, a role that allows her to help others find opportunities they’re excited about while supporting the growth of outstanding organizations.

Outside of work, Alexandra keeps life full and balanced. Her rescue dog, Penelope, keeps her on her toes. She also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new cities, hitting the golf course, and traveling (11 countries and counting). A proud Chiefs fan, she fondly remembers her time in Iowa City living above one of the most popular college bars, which led to plenty of memorable nights.
