Bryan Kapper

Head of Legal Division

Bryan Kapper is Vice President of Recruiting and Business Development at AMS Staffing.

He has his Bachelor’s degree from AIU and has been in the recruiting industry for more than 18 years.

Bryan’s recruiting focus is mainly within the IT (Security, Networking, Development, etc…), Marketing & Creative, HR, & Accounting/Finance industries.

He has also managed to be successful in the Manufacturing industry as well.

Bryan’s career started as a Desktop Technician, Network Engineer, Project Manager, Branch IT Services Manager and evolved into the Recruiting industry.

Bryan also served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was responsible for the very first LAN Network installation in a deployed environment (Mt Fuji, Japan) for MWSS-171.

If you remember what Type 1 cabling and Banyan Vines is then you know this wasn’t an easy task.

For his efforts, Bryan was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.

In Bryan’s free time, he takes A LOT of vacations with his wife and four kids. However, he is always working!
