Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with clients, developed high-performing teams, and helped organizations secure exceptional talent across a wide range of industries.

Known for his direct approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to connect with just about anyone, Jose believes successful recruiting is about more than matching a résumé to a job description. It’s about understanding people, building trust, and knowing when the right opportunity comes along.

Based in South Florida, Jose enjoys spending time with his family, especially his wife, his two sons, and his four-legged companion Whiskey. He brings the same energy and competitive spirit to life outside the office that he brings to his work.
