Amanda brings a unique perspective to legal recruiting, having spent her earlier career as a paralegal in probate, estate planning, and personal injury before making the move into recruiting five years ago.

Today, she specializes in connecting law firms with attorneys and staff across all practice areas, with a focus on matching candidates based on both their skills and personalities. Her legal background gives her an insider’s understanding of what law firms need and what makes a candidate the right fit for a team.

Amanda likes to say “I’m not from Texas but I got here as fast as I could”. When she’s not matching legal talent with the right opportunity, you’ll likely find her crocheting or getting lost in a good book.

Fun fact about Amanda is that she attended 13 schools between Kindergarten and her Senior year of High School and she frequently dips carrots into peanut butter as a midday snack!!!!!
