Laura is the Vice President of Legal Recruiting (Attorney & Staff Search), where she specializes in connecting exceptional attorneys and legal support professionals with leading law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. With 10+ years of legal recruiting experience, Laura has built her career on fostering lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike. Known for her thoughtful approach, market insight, and genuine relationships, she brings extensive experience partnering with Am Law 100-200 firms, boutique practices, startups, and Fortune 500 companies, and has placed more than 100 attorneys and legal professionals over the course of her career. Laura earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., giving her a unique perspective on the legal industry and the talent it takes to succeed.

Outside of work, Laura recently traded California sunsets for Maryland crab feasts after nearly nine years in San Diego. Having attended both college and law school in the area, she’s always considered herself a Maryland girl at heart. When she’s not recruiting, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, picking crabs with plenty of Old Bay, chasing beach sunsets, spending time with her husband, son Landon, and their sweet yellow Lab mix, Peach, or planning her next getaway. She’s also a firm believer that every great day can be made even better with good company – and an order of French fries.
