He partners with organizations ranging from solo practitioners to Am Law firms to recruit attorneys, partners, and key support staff. Known for his consultative approach, Matt works closely with clients to understand their culture, goals, and hiring needs, allowing him to develop effective recruiting strategies and deliver highly qualified candidates efficiently.

Matt began his career in sales and customer service, developing strong relationship-building and communication skills. His early experience in the mortgage industry further refined his sales expertise and introduced him to human resources and recruiting. He ultimately transitioned into recruiting, where he found the ideal way to combine his professional skills with his passion for helping others succeed.

Throughout his recruiting career, Matt has worked across multiple industries and recruiting environments before finding his true calling in legal recruitment. He is a trusted partner to both law firms and attorneys, providing industry insights, hiring trends, and thoughtful guidance throughout the hiring process. Outside of work, Matt enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, traveling, spending time with his family, and occasionally binge-watching the latest Netflix series.
